    The USA's Marine Retailers Association of America (MRAA) issued a dealer alert last month to notify its members that Judge Robert G James of the United States District Court, Western Division, of Louisiana has declared it is criminal trespass for the American public to boat, fish, or hunt on the Mississippi River and other navigable waters of the United States.
