Severn Valley lease surrendered to BW

KPMG is still in negotiations with a third party with a view to concluding an assignment of the chandlery shop building in Mart Lane. BW is reviewing all of the options available at the site but no decision has been made about the long term future of these operations.

BW says it would welcome any expressions of interest for all, or a combination of: 1. Boat services - including, wet-dock, buildings and dry-dock (currently operated by BW), and 2. Mooring package - there are approximately 20 berths associated with the lease now being surrendered: consideration can also be given to include other adjacent moorings currently operated by BW.

KPMG remains responsible for dealing with creditors of Severn Valley Boat Company, and BW will be writing individually to moorers previously under contract with Severn Valley Boats to assess who wish to remain on site.
