Luhrs re-signs Opal deal

Julian Gowing, managing director of Opal Marine, met with Stephen Cutsforth, managing director of Luhrs Marine in the UK, to sign a new three-year distribution agreement for the Hunter and Legend range of boats in the UK.
Cutsforth also presented Gowing with an award to mark ten years of distributing the Legend range of boats.
"Opal has been our largest international distributor for the past ten years, " said Cutsforth ( left in our picture .) "They were largely responsible for us investing $8-9 million in our own manufacturing facility in Portland, UK to serve the European market."
