First exhibitor signs for Norfolk show

The Broads Authority is the first exhibitor to sign up for the Norfolk Boat & Marine Equipment Show 2003.

Following a meeting between Graham Kinnersley, managing director of show organisers, County Exhibitions Limited, with Hilary Franzen, media communications manager of the Broads Authority and Louise Reynolds, manager for the Broads Boating Holiday Project, both organisations have offered to work to promote the exhibition, which it is hoped will become an annual event.

With the Broads Authority's Broads Boating Holiday Project initiated to boost the number of hire craft holidays on the Broads and the Norfolk Boat & Marine Equipment Show planned to increase the interest in sailing and motor cruising to the general public, not only on the Broads but along the East Anglian coast, it is a natural meeting of like minds, said County Exhbitions.

The Norfolk Boat & Marine Equipment Show runs at Norwich Sport Village over the May Bank Holiday weekend, May 3, 4 and 5, 2003.
