The combined strengths of both companies will enable us to provide our customers worldwide with an exceptional range of great products, with applications from dinghies to superyachts, he said.

In a move that brings both product ranges under the same umbrella, Frederiksen Boat Fittings (UK) Ltd changed its name to Ronstan (UK) Ltd in December.

The new company will distribute the full Ronstan and Frederiksen product range from new premises on Harbour Road in Gosport, Hampshire.

Ronstan says its UK staff has some familiar names.

"Our sales team will include Mark Wilkinson and Alison Jenkins, who both have years of experience with Ronstan, along with Russell Belben as engineering projects manager, " said regional manager, Jason Belben. "We now have the products and the expertise to offer great solutions to our customers, from dinghies to superyachts."
