"This is a boat that introduces a level of comfort and refinement for longer cruisers rarely found in this size sector at a moderate price, " said George Pittock, a director of Poole Boat Park.

Pittock believes the boat will appeal to boaters with busy lives who still like to go cruising, but don't have a great deal of time on their hands.

It addresses a gap in the market left by England's Big Four power cruiser builders, he said, as they follow market demand for ever bigger boats.
