Landau expands to Balearics

The company offers a service for warranty work, gel, teak and lacquer work, gardiennage service, electric/electronic installations, maintenance and what it calls the company's prestigious coding service for charter vessels.
The coding service includes the development of an existing motorboat to fit the coding specifications necessary to allow compliance to the Department of Transport's "The Safety of Small Commerical Motor Vessels" A Code of Practice.
Landau says it attends the vessel and guides an owner on each section of the work, including surveys, work specification, carrying out required works, carry out stability test, appoint an independent surveyor to check compliance, register the vessel as a charter boat, set up a limited company with the owners as company directors, apply for VAT registration and provide a one-year warranty.
