"Just time for a change, " Watson told BB . "I have hugely enjoyed MDL and my time there. As for next steps, I will decide at end of the summer."

There's no rush, he added.

Keeler says he will continue to move MDL in the direction Watson had started.

"I've been working in harmony with John, " he said.

"The policies and directions John's been taking I shall follow because I was very much part of building them in the first place."

He's done a lot of good stuff here, said Keeler, such as making the company realise its customers are essential to the business.

Keeler told BB : "I shall make the effort to ensure I communicate and I am communicatable with."
