Plastimo/Navman 7-year warranty

This new service plan is completely free of charge, says Plastimo, and has only one condition attached - the warranty must be registered no later than three months from date of purchase.
This exclusive PlastimoNavman service is of particularly good value in comparison to the real repair cost and offers a 5-year extension of service in addition to the 2 -year warranty period.
The company quotes rate examples of a maximum £79 including VAT for the repair of a Fish 4200 and a maximum £119 including VAT for the repair of Tracker 5500i.
Plastimo points out the rates may fluctuate, depending on the spare parts costs and the rate charged will be the one in force at the time the product is repaired.
The repairs themselves carry a 90 day warranty.
