Essential maintenance work has begun on the cill and further refurbishment is planned for the bridgeheads, pontoons - including electrics and deck boards - fuel tanks and sections of sea wall.

New on-site tenants include Southsea Marine, providing full boat repair services and general boat maintenance work, Paul and Sarah Knox-Johnston with K J Yacht Brokers and 1º West, specialising in rigging and engineering.

Terms have also been agreed for a new chandlery opening in May in 1800 sq ft of refurbished ground floor retail space.
