NBS deal cuts trade show costs
01 Apr 2004
The dates have been brought forward a day because National Boat Shows (NBS) has managed to do a deal that should see costs cut dramatically. The deal involves sharing the massively expensive tent we use for the show.
"We 'll put more money into the marketing budget, " said Paul Streeter, managing director of NBS.
There will be the usual breakfast briefings on both days and the Boating Business /BMF Gala Dinner will run on the Tuesday night.
Last year's show also saw the Special Discount Cheque Book scheme that brought additional business to many of the 160 exhibitors. A similar scheme will operate again this year.
