Transas Nautic moves to Cork

The change follows the earlier relocation of other Transas business to this site last year and the move will take advantage of the infrastructure and support organisation already in place there.
"This move will allow the existing Transas Nautic sales and support network to develop their Nautic business, " said Transas Nautic general manager, Malcolm Hughes.
"Although still focused on the leisure market, the Transas Nautic network will now also be able to take advantage of the back up and support from commercial giant and parent company, Transas Ltd, already based at the new site."
The relocation will also result in changes to the staff structure. A new, combined central team of both leisure and commercial experts will provide support to Transas Nautic 's network of over 700 dealers in over 40 countries worldwide.
