Seaquest 36 voted US Best Race Boat of the Year

The British built Seaquest 36 has won the title of Race Boat of the Year 2005 in the USA, thought to be the first time this accolade has gone to a British built boat.
The Seaquest 36 was one of 16 boats nominated. All the boats were inspected and sailed by independent judges and the reports on the Seaquest were outstanding.
One judge wrote: "In less than 5 knots of breeze, our boat speed was as high as 5.2 knots. When the breeze came up over 7 knots, the boat lit up and flew."
