01 Feb 2004
Fred Bull passed away on December 19, 2003 after a long illness.
Fred first got involved in the marine trade in 1958 working at Trent Lock and Sawely Marina, becoming a dealer for Evinrude and Volvo outboard motors.
In 1974 he moved to Newark Marina and then in 1983 set up his own business, Lincolnshire Marine Services, where he worked until suffering a stroke in 2001.
He was a regular at the boat shows during the 1960s and 1970s and was well known in the marine trade, especially for his knowledge of outboard motors.
Fred has left a reputation second to none, and a memory impossible to forget.
