Mirabella V gets ready for sea

The operation began at 07.30 and the stick was in ready for setting up at 14.00. She was taken back to Portsmouth on January 3 and, by the time you read this, the team from Doyle Sails should have arrived from the USA to prepare the boat for her sea trials.
Mirabella V is scheduled for delivery to her owner, Joe Vittoria, at the end of March and will head for the Mediterranean immediately.
Her charter agents, Jacqui Beadon Yachts, say they have had several clients requesting first refusals on specific periods in June, July and August. She is expected to cruise France and Italy and should make an appearance at the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix.
When BB went on board Mirabella V in the VT yard, Joe Vittoria told us he had not spoken to the people in Monaco and was not certain if they would let him in . . .
