The move follows the company's agreement with administrators KPMG for the asset purchase of Offshore Marine Ltd and Arfon Engineering Ltd, both of which are in administration.

According to managing director Trevor Bethall, the expansion will give Abersoch, the largest Cranchi dealership in the North of England, an opportunity to expand its Cranchi sales and service operation at the Hafen Marina offices and workshops at Pwllheli Marina, where the company will concentrate on boats of 28ft to 50ft, with the potential for even larger craft.

Abersoch Land & Sea's existing site and headquarters at Abersoch, where the company has been based for 30 years, will concentrate on sales and service of the smaller Cranchi and Fletcher sports boats up to 28ft and Polaris Personal Watercraft.
