Wakelin joins on East Coast

Wakelin has just left the Broads Authority, where he was chief navigation officer for 12 years. He will be starting as chief executive of the Cruising Association this month.
"I will not be working Fridays with the CA, " he told BB , "so I will have a little time for writing."
With his professional background as a seaman turned marine lawyer turned harbourmaster/marina manager, he knows the business and knows most of the right people.
