Marina focus at METS

Organised by Marina World magazine, the seminar will be chaired by Jon Eads CMM, marina director for Marina Developments, Europe's largest independent marina operator.
Morning sessions cover superyacht facilities and environmental management, where Simon Arrol of Camper & Nicholsons Marinas will discuss various aspects of the design and management of superyacht marinas and Capt. Ian Robertson of Project Lana will give the customer's viewpoint, highlighting the needs and expectations of superyacht captains and crew.
Tony Watson of US company Centek Marine Environmental products, will give advice on how to guard against pollution in the marina and boatyard and Ger Gijsen of Dutch firm Seijsener will present an overview on pump-out issues.
The afternoon programme turns first to risk management with a paper from Stephen Loader of MarinaSure that may make delegates review their current insurance arrangements?.
The final three papers are devoted to drystack storage, the landside option finding increasing favour around the world.
