Seaquest opens Hamble office

The Falmouth based yacht builder, Seaquest Yachts, is making a move into the heart of the South Coast's yacht racing community with the opening of its new sales office on the Hamble.

Seaquest builds a range of performance racing yachts designed by, among others Reichel Pugh, Stephen Jones and Jonathan Sherwill, many of which have made a major impact on the racing scene with wins in top events, such as the Bell Lawrie Scottish Series, the IRC Nationals and the new RORC Cascais Race.

Seaquest Sales UK Ltd will be based at Port Hamble with a Seaquest36, the 11m Reichel Pugh designed racer, a Seaquest 32 and a Seaquest Prima 38 - the boat shown here is a Prima 38 - all on hand for potential customers to test sail.

"The Hamble office is part of the planned expansion of Seaquest Yachts, " commented director Dawn Eaton. "This new UK sales base will provide our customers with an easily accessible point of contact in the Solent area."

Next stop, she added, will be establishing distributorships in the USA and Spain.
