The day has become one of the longest standing fundraising events for the JMST and has raised over £58,000.

The event costs £60 per head, which includes coffee on arrival, 18 holes of golf, buffet lunch, a raffle, auction and prize giving. Individuals or teams of four are being formed to compete against proper golfers, hackers and Tiger Woods wannabees from companies such as HenriLloyd, Skandia and, of course, North Sails.

Past hackers have included Iain Percy, Shirley Robertson and Ben Ainslie and the event is supremely MC'd by master journalist Bob Fisher.

Donations of raffle prizes and items to be auctioned are being co-ordinated by Sam Greenwood at North Sails on 02392 604269. Hole sponsorship is also available, and companies wishing to get involved on a corporate level should contact Sarah Mudie on 07710 664172.

For more information contact Neil Mackley on 07785 234667 or call North Sails (UK) on tel 023 9252 5588, or fax 023 9252 8620.
