Cushions made using EZ-DRI polyether-polyurethane foam dry almost immediately after exposure to rain, salt spray, melting snow, morning dew, washing, or other forms of moisture and humidity.

They say EZ-DRI sheds water like a sieve due to its large, completely open pores (reticulation) that permit rapid draining and maximum air circulation for fast drying, yet is still able to provide the seating comfort of a conventional foam.

Its unique proprietary formulation enhances strength and durability for long term exposure to sun and inclement weather.

The foam is resistant to most chemicals, including most cleaning agents, solvents, alkalis, and acids. It also has a built-in fungicidal additive that inhibits fungus and mildew and helps prevent staining and odours.

EZ-DRI is easily fabricated for unusual designs and cushions can be shaped the same as conventional foam using high speed, high tolerance cutting and finishing techniques which utilise the latest CNC controlled conversion equipment. The company also has technical engineers on site to assist with material selection and development to meet clients' standards.

The foam is available in three different grades of hardness to ensure the right level of individual support and comfort.
