Exhibitors and visitors will be contacted soon via third party, Quay Research, to gather more detailed thoughts and opinions on the future of the show.

This research follows the constructive breakfast meeting held at the recent Schroders London Boat Show attended by exhibitors and other interested parties within the industry.

Urging all stakeholders to help with this research, BMF chief executive John Clarke said: "The BMF appreciates that the provision of a well supported trade show for the UK marine industry is important. Therefore, it is vital that we make the correct decisions regarding the Marine Trade Show and its future."

The views of the industry are essential to these conclusions, Clarke added. "We would be grateful if all interested parties could look out for communication from us and Quay Research over the coming weeks and give a few minutes of their time to helping us achieve the best for the industry."
