While Nav & Gen admits the FSA regulations have taken some time for everyone to get used to, other companies feel things are definitely moving in the right direction.
Donald Forbes of Bishop Skinner confirmed the company felt the new rules, and the documentation required by the authority, set out more clearly the rights of the policyholder and gave them a greater level of protection.
