Flatie solves cushion storage problems

Bainbridge International has been appointed UK distributor for Flaties self-inflating cockpit cushions.

They say Flaties can solve the cockpit cushion storage problems that many owners have.

An open cell polyurethane foam core is bonded to the hardwearing top fabric and non-slip base material. When the valve of a deflated Flatie is opened, the foam core automatically sucks air into the pad and expands the cushion to its full size in a few seconds.

To store the cushion, the valve is opened and the air squeezed out. Replacing the valve keeps the Flatie flat so it can be rolled up and put in its bag.
