Carter wins top business award

Derek Carter, Fairline's CEO, was presented with the prestigious accolade of Business Person of the Year at the Peterborough Evening Telegraph's 10th Annual Business Awards on November 18.
"Whilst I acknowledge this award specifically recognises personal contribution to the success of the company, " said Carter, "am happy to accept this on behalf of our 1200 strong workforce who all make a personal contribution to the success of Fairline every day."
Fairline is to be one of only three companies chosen to represent the best of British Industry, along with Rolls 1Royce and Cadburys, at the CBI Interactive Conference, which takes place at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London on November 28 and 29.
