Kids' UV protection

Crewsaver UV protective clothing for kids is a new range of active wear designed to reduce the risks to young skin resulting from prolonged exposure to the sun.

They say the clothing is ideal for use ashore or afloat and there are four types; a one piece rash suit; rash top; rash shorts; and a UV hat.

One piece rash suits - shown here - and tops are made from a combined 8oz nylon/spandex material and are flatlock constructed for maximum comfort and durability.

Both the rash suit, with a front zip, and the rash top, have high roll necks and are available in three colourways.

Rash shorts are also made from 8oz nylon/ spandex and can be worn on their own, or for maximum protection, in conjunction with a matching rash top.

To complete the UV outfit, there's a lightweight sun hat, with a full peak and neck flap.

Each of the new Crewsaver UV garments meet the requirements of EN13758-2, to provide UVA and UVB protection.
