    Speaking at the launch of the 2005 Irish International Boat Show (IIBS), David O'Brien, chairman of the Irish Marine Federation (IMF) said the marine leisure sector is set to grow by 30% over the next three years and called on government and local authorities to help by unlocking the potential in Irish waters.
