Nannidiesel supplies Beneteau with both sail and powerboat engines, but has just reached agreement with the group to use its 2.50SD 14hp saildrive unit for the First 25.7 and 27.7 yachts.

In addition to the smaller engines Nanni says it has had a very successful launch of its Toyota based product within the powerboat sector. Already the T4 155HP is standard on the Antares 7.10 and Jeanneau Merry Fisher 6.95 and 8.05.

Nanni says this range of engines has become very dominant on the Beneteau price list and the latest develop- ment shows the 6.420tdi 320hp version as standard on the Antares serie 9 and Jeanneau Merry Fisher 9.25.

With the 4cyl 155,175 and 200hp versions and the latest 6cyl 4.2ltr 320hp now well on stream, Nanni says the future looks bright.

Now exporting to over 60 countries worldwide, Nanni is emphasising its commitment to after sales support. In the UK, StJohn Bickley has joined Nanni distributor A R Peachment as development manager to support and strengthen the Nanni Network as well as assisting to promote the engine range throughout the country.
