Record enters marine market

Following a management buy-out of the company in 2003, Record has decided to supply panel instruments to the marine sector.
Available in two standard sizes, the panel meters are hermetically sealed to with-stand severe operating conditions. The 4AH indicator has a front zero adjuster, moulded glass window and platform dial to reduce parallax error, while the 2AH indicator has a non-reflective toughened glass window with a flat dial and knife pointer to improve scale readability.
The units have a long scale 240infinity presentation and dial markings can be changed to customer requirements.
The range uses the "Premier" pivot and jewel movement for reliability, linearity and accuracy quoted at +/- 1% (Class 1).
