Continuous shell steering wheels

Exit Engineering's new 1640mm (64.6") diameter steering wheel is the first model of the new range.
Its wide section, three spoke design is, they say, a major step ahead in carbon fibre marine equipment production.
Built with Exit Engineering's patented continuous shell method, the wheel comes out of the mould in one piece, so there is no gluing of separate parts.
The result is a single, hugely strong piece of autoclave cured prepreg carbon fibre.
There is also a new version of the DAME 2004 nominated 935 mm (36.8") wheel and a new 1200 mm (47") wheel, both featuring the wide section spokes of the 1640 mm wheel.
