Dear Mr Froomberg, I understood from your letter in the March issue of Boating Business that the urgent steps were be taken to rectify the overpayment of Licence to Connect contracts dating back to the agreements reached in 2002. I therefore have not paid the quarter due 25th March 2005 as by my reckoning we are due a rebate from that 2002 agreement and possible back to the original signing of the contract in 1994.
