In promoting the British marine industry to overseas markets, the department will continue to provide support and advice for member companies. The IBDD will be seeking new export markets and act as a focal point between industry and government.

"The rebranding follows more in line with the work that the department provides to member companies through its aim to build international relationships with marine markets on the global playing field, commented Toby Allies, director of International Business Development.
