Double honour for Ludlow
01 May 2005
Oli Ludlow, principal of Port Edgar Sailing School, has also been working as a volunteer for many aspects of Scottish sailing for over 35 years, writes Mike Balmforth.
In recognition of his contribution he was presented with an RYA National Award at the recent RYA Scotland Cruising Symposium, an event which he has organised for most of these years.
He was then nominated Coach of the Year at the RYA Scotland AGM, and in making this presentation, outgoing chairman Mike Cowling said: "This is really a lifetime achievement award, though I wish him many more fruitful years."
