Brokerage law course

The first course to be run in Scotland by the British Marine Federation (BMF) on the law relating to brokerage and boat retailers will be held on November 22, 2005 at the Audi Centre, Glasgow, writes Mike Balmforth.
A marine solicitor will cover all aspects UK and EU law relating to sale and purchase of craft, and VAT issues and delegates will be given course notes and an 80 page course manual for ongoing day to day use.
