Peters signs Azimut deal

Announced at the Southampton Boat Show, B A Peters plc has signed an agreement with the Azimut-Benetti Group and Med Sale that makes BAP a retail dealer for Azimut Yachts.
Azimut offers 18 models from 11.9m to 35.4m and Peters will complement the existing Med Sale office on the River Hamble and the other Azimut dealer, Blue Water, in Pwllheli, North Wales, for the distribution of Azimut Yachts in the UK, including Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Peters will also be promoting the Azimut range in the Balearics for British clients from its base in Cala D'Or, Mallorca.
Peters recently split with Fairline after some 31 years as its main distributor, but emphasised current warranty and service arrangements will continue. The company recently set up a Superyacht Division that will handle Royal Denship.
