London Attendance Bucks the Trend That was the page 1 headline as - in spite of the recession - 232,000 visitors crammed into Earls Court. That was a 12% increase on the 1990 show, but they spent less - £32m against £45m.
232,000 - those were the days, eh?
Winch monopoly threat follows Lewmar takeover US company International Marine finally bought Benjamin Priest, parent company of Lewmar, with the OFT referring the £59.3m deal to the Monopolies Commission.
