The UK leisure marine industry is ruled by the weather to a great extent. So this year's slow start to summer has seen a pretty slow first quarter, says Peter Nash

But while a lot of the retail outlets complained of a slow start, not all were wringing their hands. And some were positively over the moon about the business levels this year so far.
