Uncertain future for CE proof

In a statement to the marine press last month, Process Alignment Services Ltd (PAS) announced it had acquired full intellectual property rights to CE-Pro, CEproof's Recreational Craft Directive (RCD) software.

PAS owner David Koller is quoted in the statement as saying: "Due to management and financial problems within CEProof (sic) Ltd (Hamble), PAS Ltd has come to the rescue of the software and will be improving and marketing CEPro (sic) through a new company CEProof International Ltd (CEI Ltd) which has been established to become a centre of excellence for European RCD compliance".
