Harkens Mk IV furler has Torlon balls

Harken has introduced the MKIV version of its highly successful furling gear. This strong, lightweight, aerodynamic system for the racing and serious cruising sailor is built of the same quality materials as the performance MKIII, with longevity, ease of use, and simplicity of installation vital design considerations.
Harken’s MKIV furlers feature multiple rows of free rolling Torlon ball bearings in high load areas, computer-designed stacked bearing races and large diameter drums for smooth reefing and furling. A free-spinning, high strength halyard swivel reduces weight aloft to minimize pitching and heeling. Independent head and tack swivels shape the sail when partially furled.
