Navi Line, a dedicated producer of interiors, furniture, fixtures and fittings for the leisure marine industry, is now available in the UK through David Lewin Consulting.

The company produces over 1,000 boat interiors a year using the latest CNC equipment. This, says Lewin, guarantees a continuous level of quality and controls costs.

The interiors can be supplied in various forms – as stand-alone parts, as pre-assembled sub-units or as complete drop-in interiors pre-assembled on a jig. The company can work to drawings, use the boatbuilder’s own jigs or help with the initial design and milling of plugs.

‘Having been a manufacturer, this company impressed me enormously,’ said Lewin. ‘Large volumes aren’t necessarily an issue because, once the job has been digitised, it can follow any other job through the factory with its exact requirements being flagged up by its unique bar code at every work station.’

Interiors can be built in all type of laminate, fibre boars, plywood, veneer and solid timber as we’ll as plastic boards and galley top in materials such as Corian.
