Melanie Smith, finance and commercial director of the British Marine Federation, has, by mutual agreement, decided to leave the organisation to spend more time with her family.  Hmmm:  that's what they say in politics,isn't it?

Chris Millward will act as interim finance director and Nik Parker will act as interim IT director in addition to his current role as technical director.  Nigel John will be responsible for property and facilities management.
