Crick show set for May Bank Holiday weekend
01 Feb 2006
A record 27,000 waterways enthusiasts, families and daytrippers visited last year's show, which is organised by British Waterways South East.
Exhibition space for the 2006 show is already selling faster than in previous years, with organisers expecting all space to be fully booked by midFebruary.
Over 250 exhibitors will be on display, including narrowboat builders and fitters, chandleries and canal societies, arts and crafts and leisurewear retailers from all over the UK and abroad.
A selection of fresh, organic and local produce will also be available in the show's Farmers' Market, which is new for 2006.
The 2006 show theme is 'Be Adventurous!', with a range of great activities lined up to get kids and adults alike exploring our waterways and the great outdoors, including bell boating and fly-casting demonstrations.
