East Cowes Trinity House site to be let

The South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) is to let the newly acquired old Trinity House depot, Trinity Wharf, in East Cowes while it ponders how it will fit into the agency's plans to regenerate the town, writes Iain Sutherland.
The site offers buildings, waterfront access with slipway pontoons and berthing. But not everybody is happy with the direction SEEDA's plans are taking.
