Premier Marinas in total Moody buy out

As we closed for press, Premier's operations director, John Cervenka, confirmed the three principal Moody directors had left the company, but the rest of the staff remained.
"It's really business as usual right now, " Cervenka told BB.
"There are no plans to change the name, so it will still be Moody's Marina and Moody Boats at Swanwick."
Other than the directors, the current line management structure remains the same, with one exception. Glyn Davis, formerly marina manager at Premier's Chichester Marina will become the marina manager at Swanwick.
Premier has been operating since 1988 and owns marinas in Brighton, Chichester, Falmouth, Gosport, Port Solent and Southsea.
A statement released by Premier said the company was looking forward to the new opportunities that the other parts of the Moody business will provide to expand its services to Premier customers.
