Island Harbour sold

Island Harbour marina near East Cowes has been sold in a multi-million pound deal.
Along with the marina comes planning consent for 48 holiday homes and 76 marina berths, writes Iain Sutherland.
The company buying it, Olivia Investments Ltd is not registered at Companies House leading to speculation that it is registered abroad.
There is also speculation that the new owner wants to restore the rusting former floating disco and paddle steamer Ryde Queen which it has been estimated would cost £7m.
