Coultate will report to Victoria J Reich, president - Brunswick European Group. He will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure that Sealine furthers its pre-eminent position in the marine industry as well as its reputation for superior quality, innovative features and distinctive styling.
Coultate most recently served as manufacturing director for Land Rover, where he spearheaded successful initiatives in support of operational excellence and financial discipline. Prior to that, he held various positions of increasing responsibility at Jaguar for over 15 years.
Starting his career as an apprentice in the Royal Ordnance Factories (ROF) Group, Coultate was initially based in the Leeds factory, where he served in a number of manufacturing and engineering management positions.
In his spare time, Coultate supports the Manchester City Football Club, is a keen cook and gardener, and keeps fit by running. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Bristol University, United Kingdom, and an MBA from Warwick University, UK.
Chris Feibusch has been appointed as senior project salesperson at Halyard. Well known within the marine industry, Feibusch joins the company from Lewmar and has previously worked at Jack Holt.
His role at Halyard will include providing international sales support and service to Halyard's key customers.
These range from major leisure boatbuilders, superyacht yards, workboat and commercial vessel manufacturers, through to yacht designers and marine architects worldwide.
Feibusch is a keen and competitive sailor and is vice chairman of the BMF British Sailing committee, which links to ISAF's worldwide Connect to Sailing project.
