Nautilus achieves Investors in People

Nautilus Yachting has achieved Investors in People (IiP) accreditation for its strong commitment to staff training and development and claims to be the only yacht charter company to achieve this endorsement.
"Our people are the key to our success and training has always been central to our company culture and now we have an excellent structure for sharing knowledge and information" said managing partner Howard Richardson.
"Employees are central to business success, " said Ruth Spellman, chief executive of IiP.
