E-commerce has just passed its 10th anniversary, says Leighton King, marketing manager of Mailspeed Marine.

As we move into the second decade since the first ever online transaction, we are all very aware that much has been written about the impact e-commerce has had on all of our lives However, relatively little has been written about the impact which e-commerce is likely to have on the future of our industry, in particular the way it may shape how products and services are sold and supported within our industry.
