As we move into the second decade since the first ever online transaction, we are all very aware that much has been written about the impact e-commerce has had on all of our lives However, relatively little has been written about the impact which e-commerce is likely to have on the future of our industry, in particular the way it may shape how products and services are sold and supported within our industry.
