Biodiesel-powered circumnavigation

The Cummins-powered Earthrace powerboat is attempting to break the world circumnavigation record of 75 days using biodiesel.

The wavepiercing design is powered by two QSC8.3-540 540hp Cummins MerCruiser diesel engines that run on fuel made from plant matter and animal fats that produces low emissions and is biodegradable.
