YachtWorld. com launches CRM system

YachtWorld. com has launched a new customer relationship management (CRM) system called BoatWizard Plus.
The new system includes a number of essential management tools that have been developed in conjunction with YachtWorld brokers. YachtWorld provides 2.5 million pages of boat information every day, so tracking and streamlining the management of the four million monthly visitors to the site has been a top priority to achieve even higher sales.
